WHAT DOES THE FUND INVEST IN?
The investment objective of the Exemplar Global Growth and Income Fund is to achieve long term growth and preservation of capital. The Fund will invest
primarily in a diversified mix of equity and fixed-income securities of issuers located anywhere in the world.

Commissions, trailing commissions, management and performance fees and expenses all may be associated with mutual fund investments.
